Hand dowsing: if the fingers pull apart when outward
pressure is exerted, the dowsing response is a "No".
If the fingers stay locked, as pictured, the response is a "Yes."

Meet Ian Doig CSD Editor of the Quester our quarterly journal, and leader of Perth Dowsers. Ian, who has been editing the journal for more years than he would care to admit, is also a past director of the CSD. You have seem him introducing our convention speakers for the past two years. When not dowsing, Ian can be found in his garden or on stage. Rumour has it that he recently gave a stirring address to the haggis, and looks as good in a kilt as he does in a top hat!
